Welcome to G.R.A.D. Athletics Community Development Group , a well-known Sports Organization with a broad vision and endless passion for competitive sports professional opportunities. G.R.A.D. Athletics CDG is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that strives to serve multiple markets: post-college players, college students, the community and youth. Mission
Our mission is to use professional athletes to grow, reach and develop the youth in the community through
mentoring, training and family-friendly entertainment on a platform that produces positive role models, mentors and community growth activists.

Vision
Our vision is to develop a recycled system between our players and the community of skill development and
career opportunities by training athletes not only in elite level skill development but also in community growth tactics in order to create opportunities for youth in the form of mentorship, internship and family-friendly entertainment.

Dickerson-Fortenberry began building her vision for what would become G.R.A.D. Athletics CDG in 2013. As a college senior, she strived to find a unique arena in which she could make an impact.
